Pink Roses & Pink Doves on Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Carol Wilshire

I cut out all the elements. I then placed a sheet of silver foil on a pink card before I placed my top card. I used 3D foam dots to add the decoupge pieces. Pink glitter and dazzling Diamonds glitter was added to the hearts.

I also used a small about of Crystal effects to look like dew drops on the rose.
