I added the sentiment to the tag then printed twice on matte card, from the second print I cut out the center medallion, butterflies and bows, I then added these as decoupage with foam squares.
Used turquoise glitter on the edges of the medallion, sentiment, butterflies and bows.
I am not sure why my card is not blue like the design as it was on my computer but this is what it printed but still a nice card.
