Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, gift tag and decoupage. Attached topper to a 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added the decoupage with foam pads. To highlight the rose and the butterflies I added gold glitter glue and some gemstones to the butterflies.
I also made this a thank you card. But it can be for any occasion.
