I fixed cup160751_523 (Etched Glass Card Front & Text Plate - Pattern Set D5) card front and text plate onto a gold card and trimmed to leave an even border around the edge.
I then added this gorgeous rose design using 2mm foam pads for the two levels of rose decoupage. I finished with a gold Happy Birthday peel-off and two gold flower shapes.
