I printed a sentiment onto the tag, and then I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper. I uses foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto a rose bordered background, that I printed and folded to make the card.
This is a very quick, and easy card top to do.
Very Pretty.
