I printed out two copies and cut out all the elements from one sheet. Taking the 2nd sheet I carefully removed the centre with the centre using a craft knife. I then cut out the remaining decoupage pieces.

I placed the base image of the first sheet onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

The frame that remained from the 2nd sheet was then placed inside as the insert. The white showing through the centre can be used by my customer to write their own message.
