I printed onto good quality card then used 1mm pads to attach the centre and the bow. I used a white card adding blue backing to the opposite corners at top and bottom before mounting the topper.

I didn't add the sentiment as it is a card for many different occasions. As I wanted the bow at the bottom, the card is the opposite way up to the original.
