Pretty Pale Blue Flowers & Butterflies on ScrollCompleted by Suzanne Burrows

I got an embossed card blank and chalked the raised embossing with a light blue, then i added the main design sheet to the card with double sided tape, I then decoupaged up the design as meant with glue gel, to finish i added blue flower gems to the top and botton of the crad blank.
