I printed this onto 120gsm pearlised paper.Having cut it all out I mounted the base layer centrally onto a 5" x 7" card blank using dst.

I stuck 4 silver peeloff corners over the base corners.

Using a ball tool I gently embossed the 'button' to make them slightly domed, then built up all the pieces using silicone gel.

This has a matching insert, (Sold separately).
