Printed out sheet onto matt photo paper. Cut all images out.
Applied the main topper with double sided tape to a scalloped 7 inch card blank. Assembled the decoupage pieces with foam tape. Added a little glitter to the butterflies and to the tips of the sunflowers to add sparkle.Just love the backgrounds Vicky.
