I added the sentiments before printing on gloss card twice. added the first to a matching card base and used the other for decoupage.

I cut the flower panel from the main picture and used small foam squares to create the first layer and add the other elements.

I added some butterflies and finished with fine opal glitter. to the edge of the flower panel butterflies and highlighted the ornate frame.
