I reversed the picture before printing on gloss card and then printing the main picture again.I cut the ornate panel from the second picture and cut the wavy edge, this was the first decoupage layer. all layers were added with small foam squares. finished with opal glitter to the wavy edge sentiment and the ornate frame.
