Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base images onto a white 6 x 6 scallop edge cards using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

The pink card has "Get Well Soon" on it and the lilac one has "Good Luck". The inserts have been left blank so that you can write your own messages.
