White Tulips and Doves on Lace on a Plaque

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I cut around the right hand frame shape to make this into an 'over the edge' card. I attached the main image to the front of a white base card and cut around that too.

I then covered the inside with a green card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added a holographic transparent border peel of down the right of the card and it shimmers but looks green so it is very pretty.

A beautiful card which is quick and easy to make but can be used for so many different occasions.
