I printed this sheet and cut out the pieces, separating the two sides from the central image. I made a gatefold card 10.5cm x 14cm, sticking the main panel on the inside with the two side panels next to it.
I then stuck the other panels to the front of the card. I used 1mm & 2mm foam pads to add the chocolates.
