Sunbonnet Girl with Roses Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Sheila Horne

I used a square white card. Covered this with a polka dot backing paper, and a pearlised bright pink strip across the middle which I punched a pattern onto.

I cut out & layered the design with foam pads.

Attached that to bright pink paper and left a border all around. Added the birthday sentiment and a pink bow.
