This is a lovely card and rather easy. I printed it out on card stock and then cut out all the pieces. I used a craft knife to cit out pieces inside the bow. I then used foam tabs to assemble the hat and attach it to the card.
I used some glitter paint to highlight areas and a few sparkly stickers. I then added the sentiment with foam tabs also. The whole card was attached to anther card and I used the last piece inside the card.
