Funky Witch Halloween Window Card FrontCompleted by Donna Ritchie

This is a great card for a younger relation or friend. I love all the varied elements of it. I printed the design on matte photo paper, cut out all the pieces then layered them on various heights of foam squares.

To emphasize the skull face I used black Enamel Accents on the eyes and mouth. I then flat stuck the finished design to my base card.
