Psychedelic Stars N Stripes with Black Halloween Cat

Printed twice on matte photo inkjet paper. I matted the base onto orange cardstock using d s tape and then again used the tape to attach to my card.

From the second print out I glittered the stripes and then cut out the shape and attached to the card with silicone glue.I then decoupaged the cat with silicone glue and added a dab of glitter glue to the eyes.

I used silicone glue for the bow and the stars. To finish I glittered the purple stars.
