Stella Wicked Witch Halloween or Birthday Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is dressed and ready for Halloween her comment being.... The wicked witch was framed! Happy Halloween tag and because I thought it may be used for someone celebrating a Halloween birthday I have included a happy birthday tag as well.

printed onto smooth card. cut out and mounted onto linen card blank. added decoupage using foam pads. used glossy accents to highlight then added green googly eyes to the frog.
I resized slightly smaller, printed on C.B's glossy paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image on a black cardblank with DST. I framed the imatge with a Black peel off border. I layered with foam pads.
I used black diamond stickles on the bats, spiders, gems and toad's hat. I added wobble eyes to the pumpkin and a purple flower gem to the witches hat ann mini gem to toad's hat.
I completed the card with tiny silver corners in the outer black frame and added the matching insert.
This will be a birthday card so I've used the Halloween Birthday greeting. Love the design, very eyecatching and seasonal, just right for my relative's birthday!
