Blue Party Dress and Shoes in Lace with Flowers 8x8Completed by Dorothy Manchester

I used this beautiful dress to make a gift bag. I glue lace to a bag with handles. Then I covered the edges with lace ribbon. For the sides I used tulle for the sides. I accordion folded the tulle & staple it to the bag on each side.

I used blue ribbon for the bows & glue them on to cover the staples. I cut out & glued the dress panel to one side. I used foam adhesive to decoupage the flowers & the shoes. I used blue pearl paint to outline the edging of the dress. Finally I added gems to the dress & the flowers.
