Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach Topper to an 8 inch White Scalloped edge card. Using foam pads I attached the Decoupage. I used some glitter on the earrings, and 3 yellow gems in middle of flowers.
A fun card and great design.
