I printed the sheet on to lightweight card and cut out all the elements. I matt and layered the topper onto bright pink paper and then on to an 8x8 inch card using strip glue.
I added the decoupage using 1mm and 2mm foam pads and finished the card with gems inside the flowers. Absolutely stunning and unique!
