WoW!!! Love this design, and so very versatile - birthday, special birthday, anniversary (wife), Valentine's or just to tell someone you love them. A must have in every stash. I began by printing the sheet and cutting out the elements. Mounting the decourpage items with foam tape, before adhering the base topper onto an 8 X 8 white Card Base with DST. I added a metallic black "21"to the top LH corner as I intend to give this to a lovely girl with special needs who went to school with my eldest daughter. I then followed the scalloped pattern around the edge with metallic silver Kindy Glitz dots. I hope Katrina loves it!
