Vintage Girl and English RosesCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet out twice onto quality cardstock. On the first sheet I cut out all the pieces and decoupage the flowers with foam pads. I used a die to cut out a couple of iridescent swirls.

I then cut the girl out of the center of this card topper and adhered the swirls and flowers to this frame shape.

From the second sheet I only cut out the square card topper. I adhered the flower frame to it with foam pads to increase the 3D effect. I then added the smaller flowers to the girls hat and glued the finished topper to a lilac, blank card.
