Life's a Beach 2 Decoupage Card FrontCompleted by Joyce Perkins

I printed the sheet two times on matte photo paper. I cut one sheet to make the base and cut out the decoupage. From the second sheet I cut the main image and then fussy cut the center out leaving me with a frame.

I then fussy cut the two little girls out from the piece I removed from the middle of the frame. i used dst to place the base on a blue card base that was embossed with waves.

I used a single layer of regular sticky foam to attach the two little girls. I stacked two layers of extra thick sticky foam to the frame and placed it on top of the base image to give it a sort of shadow box effect.

I added the corner decoupage with regular sticky foam and added tiny blue crystals to the flower centers. I finished with a sentiment and added Wink of Stella clear to all the red flowers. Such a cute design, very easy to make up and looks great.
