I printed out twice and matted one copy onto red card and rounding the corners before attaching to a white square scalloped card.
The second copy I cut out the main portion and centre and used to decoupage. I added the banner with foam pads and a sentiment.

Printed topper on to neenah solar white, trimmed down to fit in a 7 x 7 inch card blank, added some brick backing paper, added the topper, decoupaged the sentiment and then added the rest of the sentiments, finished off with the black dot.
