Opened design in digital imaging program and resized a little smaller so that I could make an envelope to fit the finished card.

Printed two copies on matte photo paper and used one copy to make decoupage of center frame and corners which I attached with foam dots and strips.

Attached completed topper to a brown card stock blank. Makes a fantastic card that will come in handy for many friends and relatives. Great design!
