I cut a small section from the front of the card using a decorative edge and added a piece of self adhesive black glitter paper on the inside. I then added the various decoupage elements with silicone glue and attached the tag with a small brad. I masked the image and used some blue "Perfect Pearls Mist". Finally I added some peel off characters as a numberplate. This card could be made up as a complete image on its own when printed on card. ){kind=link}
