I copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Backed the base card with d.s.t. and matted to cream card. I built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Added a blank tag.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape, I attached the decoupages to the card. Then, I glued the front and back sides of the card and added the insert.
