Classic car birthday card front with insertCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This design is so easy to cut out and once assembled the car really appear to pop off the card.
