This is a great image and is quick and easy to make up.
The sheet was printed onto quality matt photo paper and layered onto a white 300 gram 5 x 7 inch base card.
I put a die cut seagull on the inner frame and a dark blue pearl in each corner. A small amount of copper stickles was used to decorate and it is done.
