I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card & used DST to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layer with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some fizz.
