I printed out three copies of this file and I pasted the main card on to card stock. I cut out the teddy from the second sheet and decoupaged that on to the card.

I then cut out the feet and nose of the teddy and the tulip and decoupaged those on to the card.

I cut out the "Happy Birthday" sign and stuck that on the card. I cut out four flowers and decoupaged those to the card.
