I printed out two copies and stuck the base cards on to card stock. From the spider one I cut out the spider and stuck it on with sticky tabs and added a "Trick or Treat" bag at the bottom right.

From the second one I cut out the house and stuck that on with sticky tabs and added a "Happy Halloween message at the bottom.
