Celebration Card

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto an 8x8 card and added the decoupage layers using 2mm foam pads. I finished the card off by adding some glitter and added extra balloon peel offs down the left hand side .

I printed image onto gloss photo card 190gsm, then cut them to size 3d.ed the smaller pieces on top with foam tabs, then mounted complete images onto white linen textured cards. finishing them both with some bling to give a bit of sparkle. added a year and some small sparkly bits onto the white card to resemble bubbles.
