Okay, Well Wear The Hats But Were Not Singing! Got it? Funny Quick card with insertCompleted by Sandy Kingdon

Printed out sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out all elements. Mounted main topper onto white card pre-printed with light blue snowy design, using DST. Added sentiment and decoupage using DS foam tape and added 3 blue gems to two corners and one to the centre of the bow.

Finished off by adding the insert. A wonderfully humorous card for any cat lover - love it!
