This is a quick and easy card topper to do,
Just print on quality photo paper, cut around all the parts, Measure and fit to a blank card, and use DSTape to mount the insert inside and the main panel to the front of the card,
Use the same method to attach the sentiment tag.

Printed on A4 white card and cut out. I stuck main card on orange square card with DS foam pads. I cut out an orange card shape and stuck on main card with DS foam pad and added sentiment on top with DS foam pad.
I finished off with silver glitter glue. I stuck on insert with DS tape. Pretty card.
