Printed on matte photo paper. I attached the base image to a dotted red backing paper, then to a blue card, then used decorative scissors to scallop 3 edges of the card.

I cut out the flap and attached it with thin foam pads, then cut out and added the decoupage and the sentiment with silicone gel.

I added a felt scalloped border along the top edge, a few rhinestones, colored brads to two of the flower centers (added before attaching the flap to the base image), and a glitter glue outline on the scalloped edge of the flap.

Cheery, cute and perfect for spring.
