Cute as Can Be 2Completed by Michelle Chivers

Printed onto matte coated paper. I cut out the white section then glued clear acetate to back., I cut a slit on the top to allow a photo to be placed.

I then mounted onto it onto white paper, then onto brown card.

I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a white insert.
