In Loving Memory 2
A lovely quick and easy Sympathy card to make and give to anyone on the loss of a loved one with Beautiful Flowers , a Cross and a lovely verse
Photographs from the Community
I have completed this bereavement card by making 2 copies onto the one A4 120gsm sheet and then using one copy as the main backing sheet and the second copy to reserve the Floral sprayer and the cross for the front of the card as decoupage, and used the second insert verse supplied to reserve for an insert for future use.
The main card is royal blue and cut at 22 x 15.5cm. I have scored and folded it before attaching the satin finished 14.5x10.5cm silver backing sheet, using D.S. tape. I attached the topper using D.S. tape and then attached the silver decorative peel off strips.
I used the second copy to cut out the floral spray and curved it vertically over my index finger and attached it with padded tape down the centre of the element and thickened white glue on the outer edges.
I have treated the cross in the same manner. I have used the peel off sentiment to colour in royal blue. To complete the insert I have attached a silver backing sheet to the left hand side and the coloured sentiment and a cross.
I have used the insert verse supplied to attach the right hand side of the insert. This is a most necessary and useful card to have in my stock. Thank you Ceredwyn, I am sending you a virtual hug. Pamela Horton. The Whispering Platypus
