I printed the designer "Sympathy Lilies, Lace and Bird" sheet on photo paper twice so I could cut the lilies out for deco from the second sheet.
I put the main card topper on a cream colored background sheet and added deco I cut from the second sheet using gel.
This card could also be using for other occasions. Lovely design.
