OccasionAfter printing and cutting out the elements of the sheet, I mounted the decourpage elements using foam tape onto the base topper.
I then used a couple of matching papers out of the "Merci A5 paper pack - lilac colours)" which I tore strips off to align down a couple of the edges.
I then mounted the base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's cream card base and added a few liquid Pearl dots around the design.
On the butterfly wings I used cream Liquid Pearls and all the others I used Lavender Lace.
On the border of the card on the two sides ajoining the paper strips I added a lilac and silver ribbon and a bow at their intersection to finish it off.
