I added blue backing paper to an A5 card blank, then printed the image sheet on to 160gsm paper and cut out the main image and a sentiment.
I affixed a 1cm strip of blue vellum across the top of the image and tied the sentiment over the vellum with blue organza ribbon.
The ribbon plus vellum just add a touch of colour which doesn't distract from the image and purpose of the card.
I then adhered the image, ribbon, etc, to the card front.
