Boy Driving Test PassedCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I cut out all the pieces for this card and stuck the base card on to card stock. I assembled the decoupage and then put a brad though the "Danger Student Driver"piece and the "Well Done You Passed" so that the top one could be swung across.
