A Vehicle Card without the Vehicle!

I printed the sheet twice. I cut the toppers out and attached the first one on a white cardboard. I "scraped" the edges to make the card look more rugged. Then I matted it on a blue base card leaving a narrow blue border to be shown.

After this I cut parts of the first sheet to make some extra decoupage layers. There are three layers on the right bottom corner and one layer on the left upper corner. As a finishing touch I added the four gems from one sheet into the four corners of the card. I decorated the card with some glossy accent.
