Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white embossed card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I backed the base design onto a card prepared with a backing paper on it. Then using sticky fixers I raised the layers as advised making some minor adjustments as I went. I added a border to the picture and the Happy Birthday greeting.
