Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm and cut out topper and elements. Attached topper to an A5 scalloped card with DST. Put a gold border on inner side of frame and then added decoupage with foam pads. Added blue gemstones around the cartouche and yellow gemstones on the four corners.
Then to finish added googly eyes to bring the van to life. A very easy card to put together and very effective.
