For the sporty girl in your life, here is a fab retro image. I printed onto semi gloss photo paper and mounted the background (framed in silver mirror card) onto an A5 white deckle edge card using double sided tape.
I cut and layered the image using silicone and finished with the birthday element provided on the download - you have everything you need here to make a great card.
