Vintage Car Decoupage on Effective Scroll BackgroundCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded an A4 white card landscape. I attached part of the insert design 85770_442 to the front of the card as a background paper.

I printed this onto 160gsm paper. I then attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
